吸附法油气回收技术中,吸附剂的再生是一个难点和研究重点。微波加热作为一种新的再生技术,受到人们日益的重视。实验利用比表面积及孔隙分析仪测定了经多次微波真空,加热真空和加热再生后的活性炭的表面结构变化,通过对比分析,探讨了3种工艺多次再生活性炭对活性炭表面结构的影响。结果表明,3种工艺均对活性炭结构都有所破坏,但微波真空再生对活性炭比表面积和孔容破坏最小,净吸附容量最大,从效率及能耗上都比较好。
Adsorption oil and gas recovery technology, the regeneration of adsorbent is a difficult point and focus of research. As a new regenerative technology, microwave heating has received more and more attention. The specific surface area and pore analyzer were used to measure the surface structure of activated carbon after repeated microwave vacuum, heating vacuum and heating regeneration. By comparative analysis, the effects of three kinds of processes on the surface structure of activated carbon were discussed. The results showed that all of the three processes destroyed the activated carbon structure. However, the microwave vacuum regeneration had the least specific surface area and pore volume destruction, the largest net adsorption capacity and the better efficiency and energy consumption.
