目的 了解大学生干部人格特质。方法 运用 CPI-RC对某医学院 1~ 3年级部分大学生干部 2 0 4人进行测评。结果 1男女大学生干部 CPI各分量表原始分与常模比较 :男女大学生干部在 ( Cs)、( Sp)、( Em)、( Py)、( Fx)、V3等 7个通俗概念量表中均高于全国常模 ;而在 ( In)、( Sc)、( Gi)、( Cm)、V1、V2等方面均低于全国常模 ;在 ( To)、( Ac)、( Ai) 3方面与全国常模一致。 2不同性别学生干部 CPI结果比较 :分量表 ( Py)男性明显高于女性 ;在 ( Re)、( So)、( Sc)、( F/m)、V1 5个方面女性高于男性。 3不同性别学生干部 V3比较 :男女大学生干部在自我实现水平方面存在一定的差异 ,但均高于常模。结论 高等学校应在选拔、使用、指导、培养大学生干部方面特别重视和加大力度 ,通过这条途径为国家培养一批优秀的拔尖人才。
Objective To understand the personality traits of college students. Methods The CPI-RC was used to assess the scores of some college students in the first to third year of a medical college from 240 students. Results 1 Male and female undergraduates’ cadres CPI subscales: Compared with the norm, male and female undergraduates were better than the normal ones in seven popular concept scales (Cs), (Sp), (Em), (Py), (Fx) Which is higher than that of the national norm and lower than that of the national norm in (In), (Sc), (Gi), (Cm), V1 and V2, Consistent with the national norm. (2) Comparison of CPI results among different sexes’ cadres: The male of Py is significantly higher than that of female; female is higher than male in (Re), (So), (Sc), (F / m) 3Various gender student cadre V3 comparison: male and female college students cadres in the level of self-realization there are some differences, but higher than the norm. Conclusion Colleges and universities should pay special attention and intensify their efforts in selecting, using, guiding and cultivating university student cadres. Through this approach, a batch of excellent top-notch talents will be cultivated for the country.
