城乡二元结构下,城乡基础教育在财政投资、师资水平、入学机会及办学条件等方面存在着明显差距。城乡基础教育的差距给受教育者个体及社会造成了较大负面影响。克服这种影响,应该从教育投入及政府责任、建立均衡教育机制、推进农村教育制度改革等方面,推进城乡基础教育公平发展。 Under the dual urban-rural structure, there is a clear gap between basic education in urban and rural areas in terms of financial investment, teacher quality, entrance opportunities and school conditions. The gap between basic education in urban and rural areas has a greater negative impact on the educated individuals and society. To overcome this effect, we should promote the fair development of basic education in urban and rural areas in terms of investment in education and government responsibilities, establishing a balanced education system and promoting the reform of the rural education system.
