分析了表示柔性铰链运动性能的柔度矩阵.以影响其性能的关键因素即柔性铰链的结构参数为设计变量,提高柔性铰链的转动性能为目标,建立了其多目标优化模型,并给出了基于Powell内点惩罚函数法的直圆型柔性铰链优化设计实例;优化结果说明该方法的有效性和实用性.对优化前后柔性铰链的运动性能进行了分析比较;结果表明,当施加一确定力时,优化后柔性铰链的运动性能比优化前有了明显提高,达到了改善直圆型柔性铰链运动性能的目的.
The flexibility matrix which represents the performance of flexible hinges is analyzed and its multi-objective optimization model is established with the key factors influencing its performance, that is, the structural parameters of flexible hinges are used as design variables and the rotational performance of flexible hinges is improved. The optimization design example of straight circular flexible hinge based on Powell’s interior point penalty function method is presented. The optimization result shows the effectiveness and practicability of this method. The movement performance of the flexible hinge before and after optimization is analyzed and compared. The results show that when a definite force , The motion performance of the optimized flexible hinge is obviously improved than that before optimization, and the purpose of improving the motion performance of the straight circular flexible hinge is achieved.
