企业生存和发展壮大的链条是企业战略—企业管理制度—企业执行力。企业战略要靠企业制度和执行力去完成,在这个过程中执行力是制度的生命,是贯彻战略意图,完成预定目标的操作能力,是企业竞争力的核心。执行是工作态度,而工作态度的认真与否,是战略发展出现偏差的最重要原因,本文就企业执行力不利分析原因,结合企业文化建设探讨如何提升执行力,使企业发展壮大。
