陕西省预算会计研究会第三次会员代表大会于2006年11月8日隆重召开。由陕西省财政厅、省级有关部门、各市区财政局、研究会和部分大专院校推荐的代表共计58人参加了会议。会议听取审议并通过了第二届理事会工作报告;修改并通过了研究会章程;选举产生了第三届理事会理事69名,常务理事30 The third meeting of the Shaanxi Provincial Budget Accounting Research Association was held on November 8, 2006. A total of 58 people, including representatives from Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance, provincial departments, municipal finance bureau, research institutes and some tertiary institutions, attended the meeting. The meeting listened to and passed the second session of the Council’s work report; revised and adopted the study constitution; elected the third Council 69 members, executive director 30
