皮肌炎是以四肢近端肌肉受累为表现的异质性疾病,我国发病率尚不清楚,国外发病率为(6~10)/10万,女性多于男性。皮肌炎可累及全身多个器官,其中肺部受累较为常见,多表现为间质性肺疾病(ILD)、肺纤维化、胸膜炎及合并肺癌等。今为了解皮肌炎出现肺部病变的临床特点、预后等开展本研究~([1-3])。1对象和方法回顾性分析我院诊断为皮肌炎的患者30例,诊断标准参考文献[1]标准。肺癌的诊断为病理诊 Dermatomyositis is a heterogeneous disease manifested by muscle involvement in the proximal extremities.
