目的分析中晚孕期正常胎儿静脉导管彩色多普勒血流频谱,为临床超声检查提供参考依据。方法选取2014年11月—2015年10月在该院就诊的符合条件的100名孕妇作为研究对象,孕周18~42周,获取胎儿静脉导管血流频谱,并测量速度参数:心室收缩期峰值速度(PSV)、心室舒张期峰值速度(PDV)、心房收缩期流速(PAV)、平均时间最大流速(TAMXV),及阻力参数:阻力指数(RI),搏动指数(PI),静脉峰值流速指数(PVIV),心室收缩期血流峰值/心室舒张早期血流峰值(PSV/PAV)。结果随着孕周增加,PSV、PDV、PAV、TAMXV各指数随之增加,两者之间呈正相关,PAV的增长趋势最为显著。RI、PI、PVIV、PSV/PAV逐渐减小,与孕周呈负相关。结论中晚孕期正常胎儿静脉导管彩色血流频谱与孕妇的孕周呈正比的关系,阻力参数与孕周呈反比的关系。
Objective To analyze the color Doppler flow spectrum of normal fetal venous catheters in middle and late pregnancy, and provide a reference for clinical ultrasound examination. Methods Eligible pregnant women from November 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The gestational age ranged from 18 to 42 weeks. The fetal venous catheter blood flow spectrum was obtained and the velocity parameters were measured: the peak systolic ventricular (PSV), peak ventricular diastolic velocity (PDV), atrial systolic velocity (PAV) and mean time velocity (TAMXV), and resistance parameters: RI, PI, (PVIV), ventricular systolic peak / early ventricular diastolic peak flow (PSV / PAV). Results With the increase of gestational age, the indexes of PSV, PDV, PAV and TAMXV increased with the increase of gestational age. The positive correlation was found between them, and the trend of PAV was the most significant. RI, PI, PVIV, PSV / PAV gradually decreased, and gestational weeks was negatively correlated. Conclusions The color flow spectrum of normal fetal venous catheters in middle and late pregnancy is directly proportional to the gestational age of pregnant women. The relationship between resistance parameters and gestational age is inversely proportional.
