以GCr5钢退火工艺试验和脱碳倾向试验为基础,结合生产实际的退火工艺试验,系统地分析了热工工艺对该钢脱碳层深度的影响,取不同温度对钢表面脱碳的影响,找出了轴承钢脱碳严重的根本原因,得出供带钢扁坯即:20×≤80mm加热温度950~1010℃;20×>80mm加热温度为980~1050℃,时间20—25min,退火温度790±10℃这一最佳工艺参数。
Based on GCr5 steel annealing process and decarburization propensity test, combined with the actual annealing process test, the influence of the thermal process on the depth of decarburization was systematically analyzed. The effect of different temperature on the decarburization of the steel surface was analyzed. The basic reason for the decarburization of the bearing steel was found out, which was obtained as follows: 20 × ≤80mm heating temperature 950 ~ 1010 ℃; 20 ×> 80mm heating temperature 980 ~ 1050 ℃, time 20-25min, annealing Temperature 790 ± 10 ℃ the best process parameters.
