本实验用小鼠前胃癌细胞(FC)移植于615近交系小鼠肾被膜囊下,观察其侵袭过程的形态学改变。共用52只小鼠,实验分为1、3、5、7天4个实验组及1个对照组。瘤细胞移植于肾被膜囊下第1天后,瘤细胞增殖活跃,出现核分裂象,瘤细胞紧贴于肾实质组织。3天后,瘤细胞核分裂象增加,瘤细胞以单个或成组的向肾实质侵入,有的肾小管开始呈萎缩样改变。5天后,瘤细胞已侵入肾实质的深部,可达肾小球周围。7天后,肾实质大部分受到瘤细胞侵袭,肾小管和肾小球变性、萎缩及消失。同时,瘤组织有的可沿肾被膜外生长,有的可见与别的内脏粘连现象。扫描电镜下所见结果与光镜观察相似,并发现癌细胞有吞噬迹象,似吞噬红细胞等。本文对以上现象进行了讨论。
In this experiment, mouse gastric cancer cells (FC) were transplanted into the kidney capsule of 615 inbred mice to observe the morphological changes. A total of 52 mice were divided into 4 experimental groups and 1 control group at 1, 3, 5 and 7 days. After the tumor cells were transplanted into the capsule of the kidney capsule for the first day, the tumor cells proliferated actively and the mitosis appeared. The tumor cells cling to the renal parenchyma. Three days later, tumor cell mitosis increased, tumor cells invaded into the renal parenchyma either individually or in groups, and some of the tubules began to show atrophy-like changes. After 5 days, the tumor cells have invaded the deep parenchyma of the kidney, reaching around the glomerulus. Seven days later, most of the renal parenchyma was affected by tumor cells, with degeneration and disappearance of the renal tubules and glomeruli. At the same time, some of the tumor tissue along the outer growth of the kidney capsule, and some visible and visceral adhesions. Scanning electron microscopy results and light microscopy findings, and found signs of phagocytosis of cancer cells, like phagocytosis of red blood cells. This article discusses the above phenomenon.
