包覆层是固体推进剂的重要组成部分,其力学性能直接关系到固体推进剂结构的完整性。丁羟具有一系列的优点而广泛应用于复合固体推进剂。本文重点研究丁羟包覆层的力学性能。通过正交试验法,研究了丁羟、甲苯二异氰酸酯、中空玻璃微珠、云母、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝等因素对丁羟包覆层力学性能的影响。根据试验数据得到了丁羟包覆层力学性能预示模型。验证试验证明包覆层能够满足试验需求,预示模型具有工程指导意义。
Coatings are an important part of solid propellants and their mechanical properties are directly related to the structural integrity of solid propellants. Butyloxanol has a series of advantages and is widely used in composite solid propellants. This article focuses on the mechanical properties of butylated hydroxylamine coatings. By orthogonal test, the effects of butylated hydroxytoluene, toluene diisocyanate, hollow glass beads, mica, antimony trioxide and aluminum hydroxide on the mechanical properties of the coating were studied. Based on the experimental data, the predictive model of the mechanical properties of the butadiene coating was obtained. Verification tests show that the coating can meet the test requirements, indicating that the model has engineering significance.
