我院1993年7月～1993年9月共收治乙脑57例,其中男28例,女29例,10岁以下32例,14～50岁16例,51～65岁9例。经治疗效果满意,53例痊愈,死亡4例(均为64岁以上老人),治愈率占93％。我们的治疗体会如下: 早诊早治:本病流行有严格的季节性,故对夏秋季出现高热,伴头痛、恶心、精神意识障碍,甚至抽搐的病人应高度警惕此病。结合血象、脑脊液、乙脑IgM抗体检查,早期诊断,及时治疗,在治疗中注意把好高热、抽风、呼吸衰竭这三关,可大大降低死亡率。
Our hospital from July 1993 to September 1993 were treated 57 cases of JE, including 28 males and 29 females, 32 under the age of 10, 14 to 50 years in 16 cases, 51 to 65 years in 9 cases. After the treatment effect was satisfactory, 53 cases were cured and 4 died (both were over 64 years old). The cure rate was 93%. Our treatment as follows: Early diagnosis and treatment: The disease has a strict seasonal epidemic, so the summer and fall appeared fever, with headache, nausea, mental disorders, and even convulsions of patients should be highly vigilant disease. Combination of blood, cerebrospinal fluid, IgE IgM antibody examination, early diagnosis and timely treatment, attention to the treatment of high fever, ventilation, respiratory failure these three can greatly reduce the mortality rate.
