工程项目是企业的立身之本、发展之路、信誉之基、效益之源、文化之根,项目盈利则企业强盛,项目亏损则企业负债。随着市场经济体制改革的不断深入,建筑市场全面开放,准入门槛逐步降低,国有建筑企业相互博弈,民营建筑企业迅速崛起,国外大型承包商大举进入,越来越多的施工企业在不太规范的建筑市场中“明争暗抢”着有限的“蛋糕”。低价中标成为激烈竞争的战利品,高风险、微利润已是建筑行业的共同属性。项目亏损已成为员工寝食难安、企业不堪负重的沉疴痼疾。笔者以所在公司的石武项目为例,初浅探析亏损原因及防控措施。
