油气管道在线检测技术能够有效的测量出管道的几何变形、缺陷及裂纹的大小和准确位置,为管道的完整性管理和安全评价提供可靠依据。近年来,管道内检测技术在检测手段、设备制造、定位技术以及与GPS、GIS相结合等领域都有较大进展。包括电磁声波检测技术(EMAT)、惯性定位技术、磁记忆检测技术、X射线成像技术等在内的高新技术手段都已在管道内检测中得到应用。不少研究单位已将检测数据与管道信息系统相结合,建立了较为完备的管道信息管理方案。同时,在线检测技术中存在的不足和发展趋势也在文献中有所讨论。
The on-line detection technology of oil and gas pipelines can effectively measure the geometric deformation, defects and crack size and exact location of pipelines, which can provide a reliable basis for pipe integrity management and safety evaluation. In recent years, the pipeline detection technology in the detection methods, equipment manufacturing, positioning technology and with GPS, GIS and other fields have made great progress. High-tech means including EMAS, inertial positioning, magnetic memory testing and X-ray imaging have all been applied in the pipeline inspection. Many research institutes have combined the testing data with the pipeline information system to establish a complete pipeline information management plan. At the same time, the existing shortcomings and development trend of online detection technology are also discussed in the literature.
