空调通风系统噪声是核电厂主控制室噪声的主要来源。通过主控制室噪声预测分析,提出主控制室降噪需要开发符合核电厂使用环境要求,且具有良好宽频消声性能的新型净化消声器。在双层微穿孔板吸声结构设计的基础上,研发了适用于核电通风系统的新型消声器,并对样机的声学性能和空气动力性能进行了数值分析和实验验证。结果表明,新型消声器消声量的插入损失在设计频率下均达到25dB以上,其压力损失在设计工况下满足设计要求,且低于传统阻性消声器。
Air conditioning and ventilation system noise is the main source of noise in the main control room of a nuclear power plant. According to the prediction and analysis of noise in the main control room, it is proposed that noise reduction in the main control room needs to be developed to meet the requirements of nuclear power plant environment, and a new type of clean muffler with good broadband muffling performance. Based on the design of the sound absorption structure of the double-layer micro-perforated plate, a new type of muffler suitable for nuclear power ventilation system was developed. The acoustic and aerodynamic performances of the prototype were numerically analyzed and experimentally verified. The results show that the insertion loss of the muffler of the new muffler reaches more than 25dB at the design frequency, and its pressure loss meets the design requirements under the design conditions and is lower than that of the traditional muffler.
