脑卒中常发生在老年人,往往可并发其它重要脏器如心、肺、肾、肝、胃肠道等功能严重损害,出现多系统器官衰竭(multiple System organ failure,MSOF)。我院自1986～1990年间收治的48例上述患者,现进行临床分析如下:临床资料同期我院共收治脑卒中病人92例,合并有多系统器官衰竭的48例(52.2%)。上述病例均符合中华医学会第二次全国脑血管病学术会议第3次修订标准。48例患者有32例并经CT证实。28例男性,20例女性;脑出血11例,脑血栓形成34例,脑栓塞3例。有15例有原发高血压病史。病人平均年龄74± Stroke often occurs in the elderly, often complicated by other major organs such as heart, lung, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal tract and other serious damage, multiple system organ failure (MSOF).
