医疗卫生体制改革的深入推进为各大公立医院的建设提出了更高的要求,如何办好群众满意,高效可持续的现代化医院是摆在管理部门面前的头等要事。而绩效管理方式是医院实现跨越式发展的核心力量,并且积极进行绩效管理的创新对于处在技术浪尖的医院来讲有着深刻的意义。本文就近几年医院绩效管理的现状展开研究,并科学提出创新医院绩效管理的新路径,为今后医院管理上的变革提供理论突破。
The deepening reform of the medical and health system has put forward higher requirements for the construction of major public hospitals. How to do a good job of satisfying the masses and building an efficient and sustainable modern hospital is a top priority for management departments. The performance management is the core strength of the hospital to achieve leapfrog development, and active innovation in performance management is of great significance to hospitals in the wave of technology. This paper studies the current situation of hospital performance management in recent years and proposes a new path to innovate the hospital performance management scientifically to provide a theoretical breakthrough for the future hospital management reform.
