在近日召开的可口可乐进入中国80周年的庆祝会议上,可口可乐太平洋集团副总裁包逸秋向媒体表示,不排除通过收购兼并的方式快速发展在中国的市场占有份额,尤其是在非碳酸饮料市场。据饮料业专家介绍,由于消费者健康意识的增强,购买灌装水、运动饮料、茶饮料和果汁的人越来越多,以可口可乐、百事可乐为代表的美国碳酸饮料销售出现了几十年来的首个下滑周期。因此可口可乐将开辟非碳酸饮料市场,把手伸向矿泉水、茶饮料、奶制品、鲜果汁系列、补给饮料、维他命能量饮料等产品。
