[Objective] To investigate the prevalence and possible influencing factors of back pain in a hospital staff in Tangshan City. [Methods] Based on the current research methods, general demographic information, working background, workload, work experience and the incidence of lower back pain in a hospital in Tangshan City were investigated. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis was performed on the lower back Factors influencing pain were screened. [Results] Of the 784 respondents, 476 nurses had lower back pain with a prevalence of 60.7%, of whom 81.3% had soreness symptoms and 54.9% experienced symptoms almost daily, which were considered to have an impact on working life They accounted for 81.7%. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that job satisfaction (OR = 1.722, 95% CI: 1.165-2.545), working treatment (OR = 1.556,95% CI: 1.095-2.212), turning or bending at work (OR = 1.123, 95% CI: 1.018-1.238), working hours per day (OR = 1.104, 95% CI: 1.000-1.218) (OR = 1.021, 95% CI: 1.006-1.036), average monthly rest days (OR = 0.937, 95% CI: 0.884-0.992), employment status (OR = 0.475, 95% CI : 0.348 ~ 0.647) is a possible influencing factor of lower back pain in this hospital nurses. [Conclusion] The prevalence of lower back pain in nursing staff in this hospital is higher, the satisfaction of work is lower, dissatisfaction with working treatment, increase of turning or bending over work, increase of working hours per day, repetition of the same movements every hour Increasing the number of day care patients is a possible risk factor for nurses with back pain. The increase in monthly number of days of rest and non-placement of employment is a possible protective factor.
