乘客在预订机票时,需求会在不同等级票价间转移,这种行为会影响航空公司的存量控制决策。以航空公司收益最大化为目标函数,建立了综合考虑需求双向转移的多等级机票的存量控制静态模型。证明了转移概率同价格比之间的相关性,改进FRAT5曲线将其应用在需求双向转移的多销售期间静态模型中,并给出了降级购买概率的定量计算公式。数值模拟算例表明,考虑乘客需求双向转移行为的存量控制策略所取得的收益会有显著增加。
Passengers booking airline tickets, the demand will be transferred between different levels of fares, this behavior will affect the airline’s inventory control decisions. Taking the maximization of airline revenue as the objective function, a stock control static model of multi-level air ticket considering two-way transfer of demand is established. The correlation between transfer probability and price ratio is proved. The improved FRAT5 curve is applied to the multi-period static model with two-way transfer, and a quantitative calculation formula for the probability of degenerate purchase is given. The numerical simulation shows that the profit obtained from the stock control strategy considering the two-way transfer of passengers’ demand will increase significantly.
