职业教育从规模拓展向内涵质量提升的转型过程中,课堂教学一直是其关键点。本文提出“生本课堂,活力教学”的理念,推出中职“136”课堂教学模式,即一个项目(或主题),三维目标(知识、能力、情感),六步教学过程(信息收集→计划决策→项目实施→成果展示→工作评估→任务延伸)。通过“136”课堂教学的实施,使学生的知识与综合职业能力得到很好的训练,情感价值观得到不断的提升,使学生最终成为符合生产、管理和服务所需要的高素质人才。该模式在实际应用中取得了突出成效,获得了浙江省职业教育教学成果一等奖,极具推广价值。
During the transformation of vocational education from scale expansion to enhancement of inner quality, classroom teaching has always been the key point. In this paper, we put forward the idea of “living in the classroom, teaching in vitality ”, and put forward the “136 ” classroom teaching mode, namely one project (or subject), three-dimensional target (knowledge, abilities and emotions) Information Collection → Planning Decision → Project Implementation → Results Display → Job Evaluation → Mission Extension). Through the implementation of “136” classroom teaching, the students’ knowledge and comprehensive professional ability are well trained, and the emotional values are continuously improved so that the students eventually become highly qualified personnel in line with the needs of production, management and service. The model has achieved outstanding results in practical application, won the first prize of Zhejiang Province Vocational Education Teaching Achievement, great promotional value.
