研究井下作业环境中合理的照度值,以提高工人作业效率及保证工人的作业安全。通过构建综掘工作面照度计算数学模型,以巷道掘进时工人的支护作业为试验对象,测定了不同照度值下各支护工序的用时。结果表明,矿工在井下对巷道进行支护,仅靠矿工矿灯提供照明时,所耗费的时间最多,工作效率最低;当在巷道顶端安装防爆电棒时,所耗费的时间比仅靠矿灯提供照明时要少;随着防爆电棒数量的增加,工作进度进一步加快,当安装4支防爆电棒时,工作效率最高;当安装5支和5支以上防爆电棒时,工人明显感觉到刺眼和眩晕,工作难以继续开展。
To study the reasonable illuminance value in the downhole working environment so as to enhance the workers ’work efficiency and ensure the workers’ work safety. Through constructing mathematical model of illumination of fully mechanized mining face and supporting work of workers in roadway driving, the time spent on each supporting process under different illuminance values was measured.
