以榆家梁煤矿42216-1旺采和42211工作面进为例,对井田边界或盘区的边角区域以及大巷煤柱不能布置综采工作面的地段资源,主要采用4台线性支架全部垮落法房采工艺进行回收,但在基岩大于40 m区域回采时由于基本顶垮落,周期来压与薄基岩段回采有明显差异,在回采过程中导致支架压死、煤机被埋的情况,通过对集中巷煤柱布置、区段间煤柱留设、回采方式、回采顺序和顶板管理方法等方面的改进优化,使井田的残采采出率有了很大提高.“,”Based on analyzing 42216-1 and 42211 working face of Yujialiang Mine,the mine boundary edge region and alleys or panels can\'t recycle fully mechanized working face arrangement and coal pillar resources,mainly adopted four linear brackets room recycling process for caving method,but in the bedrock of extraction of the region more than 40 m because of basic roof caving,periodic weighting had obvious difference with thin bedrock section stoping,stent crushing caused in the process of mining,the situation of the coal buried,so the coal pillar of concentrated lane arrangement,this section between the coal pillars,mining method,stoping sequence and roof management method to improve the mine recovery rate.
