企业文化是中国特色社会主义文化,立足国有企业实际,建设和培育强大的企业文化,必须坚持党的领导,企业文化能够弥补党建工作的不足,党建可以落实企业文化的建设。因此,要正确认识党的建设与企业文化的关系,积极发展企业文化与党建相结合,是企业长远发展的重要思考内容。本文通过探讨党的建设工作与企业文化建设工作,研究党的建设工作与企业文化的辩证关系,并探讨党建工作对企业文化建设的重要意义,通过解决党建与企业文化建设的共同薄弱环节,将党的建设工作融入企业文化建设当中,研讨党建与企业文化建设的发展战略。
Corporate culture is a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Based on the actual conditions of state-owned enterprises, a strong corporate culture should be built and nurtured. Party leadership must be adhered to and corporate culture can make up for the lack of party building. Party building can implement the building of enterprise culture. Therefore, to correctly understand the relationship between the party building and corporate culture, and actively develop the combination of corporate culture and party building is an important thinking of the long-term development of enterprises. This paper explores the party’s construction work and corporate culture construction, studies the dialectical relationship between the party’s construction work and corporate culture, and explores the significance of the party construction to the corporate culture construction. By resolving the common weak links between the party construction and corporate culture construction, The Party’s construction work is integrated into the building of enterprise culture and the development strategy of the party building and corporate culture building is discussed.
