井下动力钻具配合高效钻头提高钻井效率的实验研究

深井和超深井钻井中普遍存在着机械钻速低、钻头用量大等问题,这在很大程度上归咎于所采用的钻井方式上。由于“转盘钻+牙轮钻头”限制了钻头转速的提高,影响了钻头单位时间内的切削次数,进而制约了钻速的提高,因此转换钻井方式,采用高转速的井下动力钻具配合高效钻头无疑是加快深井段钻速的主攻方向之一。据此,在青海油田冷科1井三个井段上进行了“螺杆钻具配合高效钻头”提高钻井效率的实验研究。第一次在3727m~3751m井段进行,进尺24m,平均机械钻速087m/h,比四开以后使用最好的牙轮钻头钻速提高2083%;第二次在3757m~3899m井段进行,进尺142m,平均机械钻速127m/h,比四开以后使用最好的牙轮钻头钻速提高7583%,进尺提高近3倍;第三次在4200m~4305m井段进行,进尺105m,平均机械钻速074m/h,比同等条件下的牙轮钻头钻速提高6087%。实验结果表明:使用井下动力钻具配合高效钻头不仅能够提高深部井段中的机械钻速,而且还可以大幅度提高单只钻头的进尺,从而达到提高钻井效率的目的。 Drilling in deep and ultra-deep wells is widespread with problems such as low penetration rates and high drill bit usage, due in large part to the type of drilling used. As the “rotary drill + roller cone bit” limits the increase of the bit speed, affecting the number of bit per unit time cutting, thereby limiting the improvement of the rate of drilling, the conversion drilling method, the use of high-speed downhole power drill with high efficiency drill It is undoubtedly one of the main directions to speed up the drilling of deep sections. Based on this, an experimental study was conducted to improve the drilling efficiency by using the “screw drill with high-efficiency drill bit” on the three sections of the Cold Section 1 of Qinghai Oilfield. For the first time, it was carried out in well 3727m ~ 3751m with a footage of 24m and an average penetration rate of 0.87m / h, which was 2083% higher than that of the best roller bit after the fourth opening. The second time was 3757m ~ 3899m Section, the footage is 142m, the average penetration rate is 127m / h, which is 7583% higher than that of the best roller bit used after the fourth opening. The footage is increased nearly three times; the third is in the well of 4200m ~ 4305m Segment, footage of 105m, the average penetration rate of 0.74m / h, than the same conditions roller cone bit drilling speed increased 60  87%. The experimental results show that the use of downhole power drill combined with high efficiency bit can not only improve the penetration rate in the deep well, but also improve the drilling efficiency of the single drill greatly.
