铁(Ⅲ)及铜(Ⅱ)离子能与氟哌酸(NF)形成络合物而猝灭氟哌酸分子的内源性荧光。通过温度对其猝灭行为的研究,确认铁(Ⅲ)及铜(Ⅱ)离子与氟哌酸形成了基态络合物,并采用荧光法测定了其组成为Me:NF=1:1。当有鸟苷酸存在时,发现鸟苷酸与铁(Ⅲ)离子对氟哌酸荧光具有协同猝灭作用。确认形成了铁(Ⅲ)-鸟苷酸-氟哌酸三元络合物。为铁(Ⅲ)离子在氟哌酸与DNA结合过程中的中介作用提供了佐证。
Iron (Ⅲ) and copper (Ⅱ) ions can form complexes with norfloxacin (NF) to quench endogenous fluorescence of norfloxacin. The quenching behavior of the iron (Ⅲ) and copper (Ⅱ) ions and norfloxacin confirmed the formation of the ground state complex by the temperature and its composition was Me: NF = 1: 1 by fluorescence method. When guanylic acid is present, it has been found that guanosine and iron (III) ions have a synergistic quenching effect on the fluorescence of norfloxacin. Confirmed the formation of iron (III) - guanylic acid - norfloxacin ternary complex. This provided support for the mediating role of iron (Ⅲ) ion in the binding of norfloxacin to DNA.
