对以菜籽油、麻疯树油和地沟油为原料制备的生物柴油进行了经济性分析。估算了生物柴油全生命周期的各子过程(种植、收获、运输、预处理,以及生物柴油的生产和配送)的成本构成。结果表明:原料种植或收购成本占总成本的76%~82%,扣除原料油支出的生产成本占总成本的14%~21%。影响成本的主要因素是油料作物种植及生物柴油生产。生物柴油的生产也受到甲醇价格的影响。以麻疯树油及地沟油为原料制备生物柴油的经济性均优于石化柴油,且麻疯树油路线更具竞争力。
Economic analysis of biodiesel prepared from rapeseed oil, jatropha oil and waste oil was conducted. The cost components of the sub-processes (planting, harvesting, transportation, pre-treatment, and biodiesel production and distribution) of the full life cycle of biodiesel are estimated. The results show that the cost of planting or purchasing raw materials accounts for 76% -82% of the total cost, and the production cost deducting the expenditure of raw material oil accounts for 14% -21% of the total cost. The main factors affecting the cost of oilseed crop cultivation and biodiesel production. Biodiesel production is also affected by methanol prices. The economic efficiency of preparing biodiesel from jatropha curcas oil and waste oil is better than that of petrochemical diesel, and the jatropha oil route is more competitive.
