运用最优化方法,以车体承载结构重量最轻为目标,以车体主要构件板厚为设计变量,以强度、刚度和工艺条件为约束,以SGI工作站为硬件平台,应用MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件,对铰接式高速客车车体进行结构优化。通过优化分析,获得了车体承载结构主要板材的轻量化设计参数。分析表明,轻量化模型满足高速客车需要的强度、刚度,同时也满足动态特性的要求。
Using the optimization method, taking the lightest weight of the vehicle body as the target, taking the thickness of the main body of the vehicle body as the design variable, the strength, rigidity and process conditions are the constraints. The SGI workstation is used as the hardware platform and the MSC / NASTRAN finite element Analysis software, structural optimization of articulated high-speed passenger car body. Through optimization and analysis, the lightweight design parameters of the main plate of the car body bearing structure were obtained. The analysis shows that the lightweight model meets the strength and stiffness required by high-speed passenger cars and meets the requirements of dynamic characteristics.
