电镜观察到,sBMP6mg小鼠肌肉内植入后3天,间充质细胞在植入区内聚集并可见由此分化而来的中间型细胞;术后7天,软骨细胞及软骨基质形成;术后14天,软骨细胞变性,骨母细胞及纤维母细胞功能活跃;基质钙化;术后21天,骨母细胞被钙化基质包埋形成骨细胞。sBMP的诱导作用促发了一个完整的骨发育过程,通过软骨内化骨、骨母细胞化骨和纤维母细胞化骨三条途径在局部形成骨组织。文内还讨论了sBMP的靶细胞和诱导成骨过程等问题。
Electron microscopy showed that 3 days after intramuscular implantation of sBMP6mg mice, mesenchymal cells aggregated in the implanted region and the differentiated intermediate cells were seen. After 7 days, chondrocytes and cartilage matrix formed After 14 days, chondrocytes degenerated, osteoblasts and fibroblasts were active; matrix calcification; osteoblasts were embedded in calcified matrix to form osteocytes after 21 days. The induction of sBMP triggers a complete process of bone development that locally forms bone tissue via three routes, cartilage internalization, osteoblastic and fibroblastic bone formation. The article also discussed sBMP target cells and induced osteogenesis and other issues.
