依据热力学第二定律和技术经济学原理 ,分别采用动态投资回收期法、净现值法和内部收益率法对余热回收换热器的投资进行了热技术经济分析 ,讨论了换热器传热单元数NTU、冷热流体热容量率比R和换热流型对余热回收换热器投资经济效益的影响。本文的有关方法和结论可为工程上分析换热器及其它节能投资项目的经济合理性和决策投资节能项目时提供参考。
According to the second law of thermodynamics and the principle of technical economics, the dynamic technical analysis of the investment of waste heat recovery heat exchanger was carried out using the dynamic investment payback period method, the net present value method and the internal rate of return method respectively. The heat transfer Influence of unit NTU, ratio of heat capacity of hot and cold fluid R and heat transfer flow pattern on investment economic benefits of waste heat recovery heat exchanger. The methods and conclusions in this paper can provide references for engineering analysis of the economic rationality of heat exchangers and other energy-saving investment projects and decision-making investment in energy saving projects.
