1美食与舌尖的相遇恰似两种生活方式的相遇每每提及当初旅西留学的日子,印象最深刻的莫过于起初几个月生涩枯燥的语言班课程,唯一能让人打起精神的恐怕只有每周五课后的小组活动——去街头酒馆聚众品尝Tapas。Tapas,西语的直译是“杯盖儿”。这个名字的由来版本诸多,最古老的甚至可以追溯到数个世纪以前,如今已经被大而化之地当做“正餐前小吃”的统称。眼前依稀闪过十几名师生推着几张方桌拼凑到一起的画面,我们围坐成一圈,等待酒杯和小吃碟子有序地挤满桌面空间,与之相伴的是彼此尴尬的沉默。
