积极性是科研人员对科学研究的心理能动水平的反映,表现为对科研的动机、对科研的技入程度,最终体现为科研效果。青年科研人员掌握的知识比较系统、先进,但实践经验、技能有待提高;心理不成熟、波动性大,较易受环境的影响。所以加强对青年科研人员的培养,提高他们为科研事业奋斗的积极性,使他们保持向上进取的精神、士气,对促进他们事业健康发展非常重要。 积极性来自于人的自身,要提高青年科研人员积极性,必须研究和掌握青年科研人员的心理特征,把握他们的需要和情绪,满足他们的合理需求,采取适当的激励方式,激发他们的正确动机 1.引导青年科研人员树立远大理想。管理者要用全面的、系统的、战略的眼光看待青年科研人员,认识到青年科研人员所处的特殊地位和在21世纪将起的重大作用。把对青年科研人员的培养、选拔放到一个重要的战略地位,这是搞好青年科研人员培养的先决条件。要把管理者有没有努力促进青年科研人员的成长,激发其科研积极性,作为考核领导绩效的重要指标。
Positivity is a reflection of the scientific and technical personnel's level of psychomotorism in scientific research. It manifests itself in the motivation of scientific research and the degree of scientific and technological input, which ultimately manifests itself as scientific research results. The knowledge held by young researchers is relatively systematic and advanced, but their practical experience and skills need to be improved; their psychological immaturity, their volatility and their vulnerability to the environment are more affected. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the cultivation of young researchers and their enthusiasm for scientific research so that they can keep their spirit of progress and morale up, and promote their healthy development. The enthusiasm comes from the people themselves. To enhance the enthusiasm of young researchers, we must study and master the psychological characteristics of young researchers, grasp their needs and emotions, meet their reasonable needs, adopt proper incentives and inspire them to the correct motives1 Guide young researchers to set ambitious dreams. Managers should take a holistic, systematic and strategic view of young researchers and recognize the special status of young researchers and their pivotal role in the 21st century. Putting the cultivation and selection of young scientific researchers in an important strategic position is a prerequisite for improving the training of young scientific researchers. Managers have to make efforts to promote the growth of young researchers to stimulate their research enthusiasm, as an important indicator of leadership performance appraisal.
