病案管理是医院管理的重要环节,病案复印是病案管理的重要工作内容。随着病案利用的深入,病案复印需求日益增长。本文通过分析病案复印过程中存在的问题,针对病案复印手续告知不到位、提供不及时、等候时间长、交费流程繁琐等问题,进一步探讨解决的对策,提出更好的病案资料复印管理工作应对措施,通过缩短病案归档时间,大力宣传病案复印相关知识,开展人性化服务,病案全面电子化存储,优化工作流程等措施,为病人提供高效、优质、热情的服务,提高患者满意度,为提升医院形象发挥积极的作用。
