本论文报告新近研究出的新型无环害混合气体水合物 (暖冰 )相变蓄冷材料及其相配套的“内置式换热/外置反应促晶”蓄冷空调技术。所研制开发的“内置换热 /外置促晶式”暖冰蓄冷装置能直接与现有的冷水机组相结合 ,实现稳定高效的蓄冷密度和储、释冷效率 ,满足了实际蓄冷空调工程应用的要求。文中同时分析了暖冰蓄冷空调的应用策略和运行模式 ,探讨了该蓄冷装置及其系统的经济性 ,证实了在实际应用中该新型蓄冷技术比较常规冰蓄冷空调的技术经济优越性
This paper reports the newly developed non-environment-friendly mixed gas hydrate (warm ice) phase-change thermal storage materials and their associated “built-in heat exchange / external reaction crystallization” storage air conditioning technology. The “built-in heat exchange / external crystal-making” warm ice cold storage device developed by the company can be directly combined with the existing chiller to achieve stable and efficient cold storage density and storage and release cooling efficiency to meet the actual application of cold storage air-conditioning engineering Request. This paper also analyzes the application strategy and operation mode of the warm ice storage air conditioner, discusses the economy of the cold storage device and its system, and confirms the technical and economic advantages of the new ice storage technology compared with conventional ice storage air conditioners
