在工业厂房施工中,当吊装大型或配筋少且细长的钢筋混凝土柱时,往往因柱身吊装强度不足,不得不采用多点绑扎吊装。由于实际施工中种种条件的限制,有的多点绑扎仍无法解决问题。某工地吊装长21米、重13.5吨钢筋混凝土矩形柱YZ_1,用一台W_1-100履带式起重机接19米起重臂,采取高支垫一点绑扎旋转法吊装(图2、图3),效果很好。所谓高支垫一点绑扎旋转吊装法,就是采用习惯的一点绑扎旋转法吊装柱时,柱身的吊装抗弯强
In the construction of industrial plants, when hoisting large or thin reinforced concrete columns with small reinforcements, the lifting strength of the columns is often insufficient and multiple points are required for hoisting.
