汽车尾气中的丙烯醛和丁烯醛严重地污染空气,刺激人的眼睛和呼吸器官,因此需要一个选择性好且灵敏的测定法。本法的测定原理是丙烯醛和丁烯醛与苄基羟胺反应生成丙烯(丁烯)苄基肟,这种产物经溴化生成溴化苄基肟,尔后用气相色谱电子捕获鉴定器进行测定。此法灵敏度高、选择性好。试剂:苄基羟胺盐酸盐(BOA·HCl)为保证试剂,所用其它试剂均为分析纯。丙烯醛和丁烯醛标准液的配制:将100 mg的丙烯醛和丁烯醛溶解在乙醇中并稀释至100 ml。再用蒸馏水稀释标准液配制工作液。标准气的配制:将10μg的丙烯醛加到1
