日粮中添加吡啶羧酸铬对幼建鲤非特异免疫功能的影响,试验采用单因素试验设计,选择225尾初质量为(35.61±0.14)g的幼建鲤,分成5组,在基础日粮中分别添加0、2.46、4.92、7.38和9.84mg/kg吡啶羧酸铬,每组3个重复,每重复15尾鱼,试验期90d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加适量的吡啶羧酸铬能够提高幼建鲤的成活率、头肾指数、肝指数、白细胞和红细胞数量、溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性;降低幼建鲤的脾指数。日粮中添加适量吡啶羧酸铬能提高幼建鲤非特异性免疫功能。
The effects of adding chromium picolinate on the nonspecific immune function of young Jian common carp were studied. One-factorial experimental design was used to select 225 young Jian carp with initial mass of (35.61 ± 0.14) g, divided into 5 groups. On the base day Grains of picolinic acid at concentrations of 0, 2.46, 4.92, 7.38 and 9.84 mg / kg were added to the diets containing 3 replicates of 15 fish each for 90 days. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, the addition of appropriate amount of chromium picolinate can increase the survival rate of young Jian carp, head kidney index, liver index, white blood cell and erythrocyte number, lysozyme activity, superoxide dismutase activity and alkaline Phosphatase activity; reduce spleen index of young Jian. Adding appropriate amount of chromium picolinate to diet can improve non-specific immune function of young Jian carp.
