研究蓝舌病毒中国湖北分离株（ＢＴＶＨｂＣ株）在Ｖｅｒｏ和ＢＨＫ２１两种细胞上的增殖特点以及与标准病毒株（ＢＴＶ１０）的血清学关系。发现ＢＴＶＨｂＣ和ＢＴＶ１０感染Ｖｅｒｏ和ＢＨＫ２１单层细胞后，２４～３０ｈ病毒滴度可达到最高值。用ＢＴＶＨｂＣ免疫家兔，其抗血清在琼脂双扩试验中能与ＢＴＶ１０抗原病毒呈强阳性反应而与轮状病毒、风疹病毒、柯萨奇病毒、流感病毒等呈阴性反应。 To investigate the proliferation of BTVHbC strain in two cell lines of Vero and BHK21 and the serological relationship with BTV10 strain. Found BTV HbC and BTV 10 infected Vero and BHK 21 monolayers, 24 ~ 30h virus titer reached the highest value. Rabbits were immunized with BTVHbC and their antisera reacted strongly with BTV10 antigen in agar doublewell assay and negative with rotavirus, rubella virus, coxsackievirus and influenza virus.
