我们在刨削如图1的斜(?)条(材料 CT35、斜度1:50)时,往往发现比例不对或斜面尺寸太大等缺点。由于虎钳上不能装夹,反修困难。后来学习了苏联库尔金同志的先进磨削经验,利用延磁斜垫铁,在磁力工作台上进行反修(见图2),解决了这一问题。延磁斜垫铁用铸铁或纯铁作成,用来延长磁力线。为减少磁阻,愈薄愈好,一般不超过8毫米,光洁度在▽▽▽_8以上。在图3中我们见到两种延磁斜垫铁:上面一种中间开有小孔,孔间的中心距为10毫米,L、t、B 和斜
