中国农业科学院作物所应用花培育种技术和抗病性鉴定相结合的方法,导入了日本品种砦2号的抗病基因P_i-Z~t,育成中花8号和中花9号。花培育成的另一个抗病优良品种中花10号,也正在迅速扩大种植面积,还有许多优良新品系正在进行试验鉴定,不久将陆续在生产上应用。 花培抗病育种为什么能在较短时间内育成比较多的新品种,这个问题已普遍地引起育种学家的重视。本文试图从抗病性遗传这个侧面,根据花培后代系统的抗病性鉴定结果,着重从理论上分析花培抗病育种的优越性和高效率。

In this paper, we tried to analyze the superiority and high efficiency of the disease-resistant breeding based on the identification of disease resistance of the progeny of the flower culture from the aspect of disease resistance inheritance.
