随着市场经济的发展,劳资关系矛盾日益凸显。劳动争议纠纷案件井喷式增长、新情况新问题层出不穷。笔者作为一名基层法律援助工作人员,感到尽管近年普法知识宣传确使劳动者自身维权意识有所增强,但劳动法方面的法律规范内容复杂、法律文件繁多、各地规定不一,因此当真正走到维权路上,劳动者确仍面临诸多问题,给维权造成巨大阻碍。笔者就借此文对当下劳动者维权问题作些许浅述。 With the development of market economy, conflicts between labor and capital have become increasingly prominent. Labor dispute disputes blow-up growth, new situations and new problems emerge in an endless stream. As a legal aid worker at the grassroots level, I feel that although the publicity of legal literacy in the past few years has indeed enhanced the workers’ awareness of safeguarding their rights, the legal norms of labor law are complicated, the legal documents are numerous and the regulations are different in different places. Therefore, On the road to safeguarding rights, the workers still face many problems and pose a huge obstacle to their rights. The author borrowed this article to give a brief account of the present workers’ rights protection.
