一国特定产业的国际竞争力很大程度取决于该产业的比较优势,但究竟比较优势、产业内贸易以及贸易条件之间存在何种作用机制仍需探究,故本研究采用SITC Rev.3三位数层次的1988~2009年日本的高科技产业贸易的年度数据,运用基于误差修正模型的面板协整和格兰杰非因果关系检验发现如下经济现象:第一,日本高科技产业出口比较优势在短期内具有外生性,但在长期则受到来自进口比较优势、产业内贸易指数和贸易条件的影响;然而其进口比较优势在短期和长期均受到其它变量的影响;第二,产业内贸易指数在短期和长期与进出口比较优势存在格兰杰因果关系;第三,在短期和长期,贸易条件具有外生性。
The international competitiveness of a country’s specific industries depends largely on the comparative advantages of the industry. However, it remains to be explored whether there is any mechanism that exists between comparative advantages, intra-industry trade and terms of trade. Therefore, SITC Rev.3 The median annual data of the high-tech industries in Japan from 1988 to 2009 at the median level used the panel cointegration and Granger non-causality test based on the error correction model to find out the following economic phenomena: First, the comparative advantage of Japan’s high-tech industries in exports Is exogenous in the short term, but is affected by the comparative advantage of imports, intra-industry trade index and terms of trade in the long run; however, the import comparative advantage is affected by other variables in the short and long term; secondly, the intra-industry trade index Granger causality exists in the comparative advantages between short-term and long-term import and export. Third, the terms of trade are exogenous in the short and long term.
