The annual meeting was held on October 13-21, 1985 at the Overseas Chinese Hotel in Dinghai, Zhejiang. The Institute of Engines of the Chinese Academy of Military Technology, the Traction Power Committee of the China Railway Institute, the High Power Diesel Engine Professional Committee of the China Internal Combustion Engine Society, and the China Shipbuilding Engineering Institute The committee co-organized and entrusted the 70 Institute of the Ministry of Military Affairs to organize the organization.
