采用粉末冶金技术制备了铜-石墨-SiO2烧结材料,利用销-盘式摩擦试验机,在摩擦速度为7.8~47.1 m/s时,研究了SiO2粒度与材料摩擦性能的关系。结果表明,随着SiO2粒度的提高,摩擦系数变化不明显,磨损率降低。
Copper-graphite-SiO 2 sintered materials were prepared by powder metallurgy technology. The relationship between SiO 2 particle size and frictional properties was investigated by using pin-disk friction tester at a friction velocity of 7.8 ~ 47.1 m / s. The results show that with the increase of SiO2 particle size, the friction coefficient does not change obviously and the wear rate decreases.
