通过水辅助法制备了聚苯乙烯/聚乙二醇(PS/PEG)蜂窝状有序膜,并研究了亲水性PEG在膜表面的富集现象及其抗蛋白质吸附行为.采用场发射扫描电子显微镜表征了水洗前后膜表面的形貌变化,发现水溶性PEG主要沉积于膜孔孔壁.原子力显微镜相位图直观证实了PEG在蜂窝状膜表面的富集现象.激光共聚焦显微镜结果表明,PEG富集区域具有抗罗丹明标记牛血清清蛋白吸附的能力.同时还发现了水蒸汽出口的改进可以获得较大的相对湿度与气流稳定性,从而提高成膜品质、改善成膜重复性.
Polystyrene / polyethylene glycol (PS / PEG) honeycomb ordered films were prepared by water-assisted method, and the enrichment of hydrophilic PEG on the surface of the membrane and its anti-protein adsorption behavior were studied.Using field emission scanning Electron microscopy characterization of the surface morphology of the membrane before and after washing changes and found that water-soluble PEG mainly deposited in the pore wall of the membrane. Atomic force microscopy phase diagram intuitively confirmed the PEG enrichment in the honeycomb membrane surface. Confocal laser microscopy results show that, PEG-rich region has the ability to resist the adsorption of rhodamine-labeled bovine serum albumin.At the same time, it is also found that the improvement of steam outlet can obtain greater relative humidity and airflow stability, thereby improving the film-forming quality and improving the film-forming repeatability.
