“雁阵效应”。雁群在天空中飞翔,一般都是排成人字阵或一字斜阵,并定时交换左右位置。生物专家们经过研究后得出结论,即雁群这一飞行阵势是它们飞得最快最省力的方式,因为它们在飞行中后一只大雁的羽翼,能够借助于前一只大雁的羽翼所产生的空气动力,使飞行省力,一段时间后,它们交换左右位置,目的是使另一侧的羽翼也能借助于空气动力缓解疲劳。管理专家们将这种有趣的雁群飞翔阵势原理运用于管理学的研究,形象地称之为:“雁阵效应”。
