本文主要结合实际对中小型设计院实施的管理模式进行分析,并根据中小型设计院的特点,制定了管理理念和管理方式,同时从管理营销等方面针对性提出了管理方法,并针对中小型设计院管理中存在的问题,提出了一些策略。希望本文分析可以为中小型设计院管理模式的进展提供参考,带动中小型设计院向长远的方向发展。
This paper mainly analyzes the management mode of small and medium-sized design institutes according to the actual situation, and based on the characteristics of small and medium-sized design institutes, has formulated the management concept and management method.
