目的探讨支气管哮喘淋巴液中白细胞介素- 6(IL- 6)、白细胞介素- 10(IL- 10)、白细胞介素- 12(IL- 12)及免疫球蛋白 (IgG)亚类的水平,并与其血清水平相比较。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)检测 31例行胸导管引流( TDD)治疗的中重度哮喘病人术后 0d、 3d、 5d淋巴液及 0d、 5d外周血 IL- 6、 IL- 10、 IL- 12以及 IgG亚类水平。结果哮喘病人治疗前 IL- 6、 IL- 10明显增高,而 IL12、 IgG1、 IgG2、 IgG3、 IgG4则明显降低。血清 IgG亚类缺陷检出率为 85.71% ,以 IgG1缺陷为主;血清 IgG亚类增高检出率为 44.44%, IgG4增高占 100%。结论哮喘淋巴液与血清均存在以 IL- 12产生受抑和 IL- 6、 IL- 10产生增多为特征的 CK失调以及严重的 1gG亚类失衡。
Objective To investigate the levels of interleukin - 6, interleukin - 10, interleukin - 12 (IL - 12) and immunoglobulin (IgG) in bronchial asthmatic lymph. , And compared with its serum level. Methods Serum levels of IL-6, IL-10 and IL-6 in 0, 3, 5d and 0d, 5d post-operation in 31 moderate-severe asthma patients undergoing thoracic ductal drainage (TDD) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) - 12 and IgG subclass levels. Results Before treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in asthmatic patients were significantly increased, while the levels of IL12, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 were significantly decreased. The detection rate of IgG subclass defect was 85.71%, which was mainly IgG1 deficiency. The detection rate of IgG subclass was 44.44% and IgG4 was 100%. Conclusions There are imbalances of CK, which are characterized by the suppression of production of IL-12 and the increase of production of IL-6 and IL-10, as well as the serious imbalance of 1gG subtype in both lymph and serum of asthma.
