2013年初,“国五条”政策出台,该政策以抑制投资性房产交易、限购、限贷为重心,不仅对房地产交易市场发挥作用,而且影响房贷市场的发展。文章通过对于新国五条政策出台背景下武汉地方房贷市场发展的现状和存在问题的说明,针对武汉市场的实际情况提出相关建议。
At the beginning of 2013, the “National Five Articles” policy was introduced. The policy focuses on curbing investment real estate transactions, purchase restriction and loan restriction. It not only plays a role in the real estate transaction market, but also affects the development of the mortgage market. Through the explanation of the current situation and existing problems of the local mortgage market in Wuhan in the context of the introduction of the Five New Policies in the country, the article puts forward some suggestions according to the actual situation of the Wuhan market.
