目的调查某幼儿园教职工和幼儿发热、腹泻原因和责任,为有效防控疫情和行政处罚提供依据。方法通过搜索病例,开展危险因素调查,并采集样本进行可疑致病菌的检测,依照现行法律法规实施行政处罚。结果共搜索到99例病例,其中疑似病例94例,确诊病例5例,流行曲线分析提示为点源暴露。病儿大便样品中检出5份宋内志贺菌,幼儿园厨师肛拭样中检出与病儿同型志贺菌,卫生学调查显示,该厨师在加工午餐食物的过程中存在交叉污染现象。结论该疫情是一起幼儿园宋内志贺菌型食源性细菌性痢疾暴发。依据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》相关条款对幼儿园实施行政处罚,法律依据充分。
Objective To investigate the causes of fever and diarrhea among teachers and children in a kindergarten and to provide the basis for effective prevention and control of epidemic and administrative punishment. Methods Through the search of cases, risk factors were investigated, and samples were collected for the detection of suspicious pathogens. The administrative penalties were implemented according to the current laws and regulations. Results A total of 99 cases were searched, including 94 suspected cases and 5 confirmed cases. The epidemic curve analysis suggested that point source exposure. Sick children stool samples were detected in 5 copies of Shigella sonnei, kindergarten chef anal swab samples detected with the same type of Shigella, hygiene survey showed that the chef in the process of cross-contamination of food during the process of cross-contamination. Conclusion The outbreak was a kindergarten song Shigella-type bacterial dysentery outbreak. According to the “People’s Republic of China Food Safety Law,” the relevant provisions of kindergarten implementation of administrative penalties, legal basis.
